DISPERLITH INDUSTRY – Resilient hygienic coating with film protection against mould, virus and bacteria infestation

Intended use

DISPERLITH INDUSTRY is a dispersion-based hygiene coating for ceilings and walls in interior spaces where a resilient surface is required due to industrial use. DISPERLITH INDUSTRY is characterised by good substrate adhesion, a paint film with medium to high chemical and cleaning resistance and vapour diffusivity. Especially recommended as a renovation coating for rooms where residual moisture in the substrate is to be expected due to use, e.g. in wineries and breweries.

The BLUE-BIO.FILM.STOP-Technology protects the surface from mould, virus and bacteria infestation.

  • Water-based and solvent-free
  • Low odour
  • Brilliant white and highly opaque
  • Water vapour diffusion = SD 0.28 m
  • Water absorption = W3 = 0.08 kg/(m² x h0.5)
  • Opacity class 1 (5.4 m²/L)
  • Wet abrasion class 1 (DIN 53778)
  • Gloss level: Matt (DIN EN 13 300)

Processing

  • Processing from + 6°C
  • Brush, roller or airless spray application
  • Drying time between coats approx. 2h, completely dry and fully loadable after 48h (20°C/ 60% rel. humidity).
  • Water-thinnable
  • Consumption: Approx. 200-300 ml/m²
