FAKOLITH FK 45 HYGIENIC FORTE – 2-component high-solid epoxy resin hygiene coating with film protection against mould, virus and bacterial attack

Intended use

FK 45 HYGIENIC FORTE is a 2-component coating based on epoxy resin for application on surfaces for which a high standard of hygiene is required. FK 45 HYGIENIC FORTE is suitable for use on ceilings, walls, machines, containers, pedestals, floors, etc.. The 2-component coating seals the surface and is characterised by very good substrate adhesion and high chemical and cleaning resistance. Especially recommended for use in medical areas, laboratories, production rooms, etc.

BLUE-BIO.FILM.STOP-Technologie protects the surface of DISPERLITH ELASTIC from mould, viruses and bacteria.

  • No water absorption
  • Low odour
  • Colour shade: White, grey, light ivory. Other colours on request
  • Sealing
  • Gloss level: Glossy

Processing

  • Processing from + 12°C
  • Brush, roller or airless spray application
  • Drying time between coats >12h and <48h, cured after >14days (20°C/ 60% rel. air).
  • Consumption: Approx. 300-600 g/m² (depending on application purpose)
