DISPERLITH HYGIENIC – Resilient ECO-Label-certified hygienic coating with film protection against mould, virus and bacteria infestation

Intended use

DISPERLITH HYGIENIC is an ECO-label certified, highly vapour-diffusion-open interior paint based on dispersion. Due to its antiviral and antibacterial properties, DISPERLITH HYGIENIC is particularly suitable for rooms where high demands are made on hygiene and health protection due to their use, e.g. in medically relevant areas, doctors’ surgeries, retirement homes, laboratories, hospitals.

The BLUE-BIO.FILM.STOP technology protects the surface of DISPERLITH HYGIENIC against mould, viruses and bacteria.

Material base

  • Pure acrylic dispersion based on ethylene vinyl acetate with film protection (BLUE-BIO.FILM.STOP Technology)

  • Water-based and solvent-free
  • Low odour
  • Colour: White, tinting on request
  • Brilliant white and highly opaque
  • Water vapour diffusion = 0.035m
  • Water absorption = W1 = 0.9 kg/(m² x h0.5)
  • Opacity class 1 (5m²/L)
  • Wet abrasion resistance: Class 1 (DIN 53778)
  • Gloss level: Matt (DIN EN 13 300)

Processing

  • Application from +10°C
  • Brush, roller or airless spray application
  • Drying time between coats approx. 2h, fully dry and loadable after 48h (20°C/ 60% relative humidity)
  • Water-thinnable
  • Consumption: Approx. 250ml/m²
