FAKOLITH FK 12 – Cleaner for the treatment of substrates infested with mould, bacteria, algae and moss.
Intended use
FAKOLITH FK 12 is an aqueous concentrate for cleaning mould, bacteria, algae and moss-infested surfaces indoors and outdoors. Dilute 1:2 – 1:4 with water. Used pure, FAKOLITH FK 12 is also suitable for dissolving out salts that are harmful to the building from the front masonry.
FAKOLITH FK 12 neutralises odours and delays the formation of new bacteria.

- For substrates made of concrete, mineral renders, synthetic resin renders, old coatings, tiles, clinker, natural stone (except marble), etc.
Processing
- Processing from + 2°C
- Water-dilutable, 1:2 – 1:5
- Apply with brush, paintbrush, sponge or by spraying
- Reaction time approx. 15 minutes
- Rinse with clean water
- Consumption: Depending on application purpose and intensity of infestation
