FAKOLITH FK 16 – Water-based deep primer and insulator
Intended use
FAKOLITH FK 16 is both a deep primer and an insulator, depending on the dilution with water. When diluted 1:2 to 1:5 with water as a deep primer, FAKOLITH FK 16 consolidates mineral and organic substrates and levels the surface. Used neat, FAKOLITH FK 16 isolates light to medium discolouration caused by smoke, grease, sugar and nicotine contamination.

Processing
- Processing from + 10°C
- Water-thinnable
- Brush, roller or airless spray application
- Can be reworked with commercially available coatings
- Recommendation: Stay in the system. Final coating with FAKOLITH anti-mould paints or hygiene coatings.
- Consumption: Deep primer: 17-33 ml/m²
Insulation: approx. 100-150 ml/m²
